The first National Specialty was held in March 1973 in conjunction with the (now defunct) Sportsman's Show. The BCCC has held a national specialty each year since then, with the exception of 2020 and 2021 because of the Covid-19 pandemic.. 

Over time, more events and activities have been added to and held with the National Specialty. On these pages you will find the major winners at each of the specialties.
