Registration and Meal Information

Registration Fee is $30.00 per person and is required for the Welcome Party and accompanying Welcome Bag..

Registration and meal reservation deadline is August 1, 2024

Meal Information:
There is no restaurant on the grounds, therefore you will be "on your own" for breakkasts, lunches and dinners with the exception of Saturday BBQ

The BCCC Specialty events listed below are pre-arranged and we hope you will participate in them all. Locations of the events will be advised at a later time.

Please note: If anyone has allergy issues or  any dietary requirement (eg., vegetarian/vegan) that they have concerns may not be met, please contact Sarah Duff so she can see if we can accommodate this. Her email is

Please note that all prices listed here include applicable taxes on the meals.

We encourage all participants in the Specialty to register.

Thursday August 29 2029 -  WELCOME PARTY
Welcome Party is free, but requires registration.
Light snacks will be available.
Come as you are.  Meet your friends and pick up your Welcome gift pack. 

Saturday August 31,  2024 -  JUDGES DINNER followed by ANNUAL AWARDS Presentation

Join the judges and your friends for a dinner before heading out to other shows or home.
Price: $30.00

The BBQ will be catered and have some of your favourites.
