The BCCC National Specialty will host the following events:
bullet Specialty Dog Show (including sweepstakes, regular and non-regular classes)
bullet Junior Handling
bullet All-breed Obedience Trial (1)
bullet All-breed Rally-Obedience Trials (2)
bullet Canine Good Neighbour testing

Boosters: The BCCC will be sponsoring Boosters at each of the Monarch Kennel Club shows, for a total of four boosters.

Grooming:

There is a grooming tent (not very big) on site, first come first serve. It is typically occupied by the professional handlers. There is electricity on site, but is limited to the grooming tent. There will be booster baths available on site. 

We suggest that you bring:
- a pop up tent or two, depending on the amount of space you need; and  
- a generator.

This Specialty is being held in conjunction with MONARCH KENNEL CLUB - 4 Championship Dog Shows, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday June 18, 2026 - June 21, 2026. *There will be FIVE sets of Canadian championship points available beginning on June 18, 2026- four all-breed shows, and the BCCC National Specialty*. 

The Canine Good Neighbour (CGN) has as it's purpose to ensure that one of our most favoured companions, the dog, is accepted as a valued member of the community and is open to all dogs 12 months and over. For information about and requirement for this program, see the CKC page:

The BCCC will be offering a Tricks Seminar as an introduction to this activity. One does not need to be entered in the Specialty to sign up for this.
