Please note: if anyone has allergy issues or  any dietary requirement (eg., vegetarian/vegan) please inform Tina Duncan so he can see if we can accommodate this.

Payment may be made electronically through E-transfer (Canadians) or PayPal (other countries) to this email address: epayment@beardie.ca. Please indicate that your payment is for registration and meals. Please send password for E-transfer separately to the same email address.

If paying by cheque, please mail a cheque (payable to the BCCC) for the amount of the Reservation and Meal Total (shown on the previous page) along with a copy of the this page to:
