Hospitality

 

There will be NO registration fee, nor will there be a welcome bag, but we will have some "swag" for you to take along. so hopefully you pruchased a bag or aregetting a cooler bag from our logoware page for these treats. If not - bring something with you to carry your "swag"!

Meal Information:
There is a small restaurant on the grounds, that is available for breakfasts and lunches.

The BCCC Specialty events listed below are pre-arranged and we hope you will participate in them all. Locations of the events will be advised at a later time.

Please note: If anyone has allergy issues or  any dietary requirement (eg., vegetarian/vegan) that they have concerns may not be met, please contact Gail Laughlin so she can see if we can accommodate this.

Reservations

We will need a reservation form for the dinner, with a closing by June 1, 2026.  The link to the order form is found at the bottom of this page.

THURSDAY JUNE 18, 2026 – Cocktail Party

There is no registration required for the Cocktail Party. All are welcome!

We will be serving a signature cocktail.  Please BYOB if you want something different to drink.

THURSDAY TO SUNDAY JUNE 18-21, 2026

Light snacks and cold drinks will be available in the Hospitality tent.

Breakfast & lunches are available for purchase at the restaurant .

SATURDAY JUNE 20, 2026- Awards Dinner

Red and White wine will be served. Again, if you would like something different to drink, please BYOB.

We will need a reservation form for the dinner, with a closing by June 1, 2026. 

Cost: $55.00 per person.

Please note that all prices listed here include applicable taxces on the meals.

Payment may be made electronically through E-transfer (Canadians) or PayPal (other countries) to this email address: epayment@beardie.ca. Please indicate that your payment is for Award Dinner.

If paying by cheque, please mail a cheque (payable to the BCCC) for the amount of the Meal Total along with copy of the order form to:
